20th century intelligence - ending poverty of half world without electricity -although Keynes 1936 (last capter general theiry money inetrest emplymen) asked Economists to take hipocrati oath as the profession that ended extreme poverty, most economists did the opposite. Whats not understandable is how educatirs failed to catalogue the lessons of the handful who bottom-up empowered vilages to collaboratively end poverty. There are mainly 2 inteligences to understand- Borlaug on food; fazle abed on everything that raised life expectancy in tropical viage asia from low 40s to 60s (about 7 below norm of living with electricity and telecomes). Between 1972 and 2001, Abed's lessons catalogued in this mooc had largelu built the nation of Bangladesh and been replicated with help of Unicef's James Grant acroo most tropical asian areas. What's exciting is the valley's mr ad mrs steve jobs invted Fazle Abed to share inteligences 2001 at his 65th birthday party. The Jobs and frineds promised to integrate abed's inteligence into neighborhod university stanfrd which in any event wanted Jobs next great leap the iphone. The Valley told abed to start a university so that women graduates from poor and rich nations could blend inteligence as Abed's bottom of the pyramid vilage began their journey of leapfrog modles now that gridd infarstructures were ni longer needed for sdiar and mobile. Abed could also help redesign the millennium goals which were being greenwashed into a shared worldwide system coding frame by 2016. There re at Abed's 80th birtday party , the easy bitwas checking this mooc was uptodate. The hard bit - what did Abed mean by his wish to headhunt a taiwanese american to head the university's 3rd decade starting 2020?

new university collaborations why wouldn't humans share world class solutions to sustainability crises 5.4

In the following we exclude HumansAI Graduate University labs which live up to von neumann's 100 times more tech and appear to value start ups and advancement of human lot more than paper certificates. There are issues about  how places like Stanford out reach deeply enough worldwide to reflect diversity of data autonomous ai governance must value but that is a metaverse and beyond national challenge that no one university system can advance unless UN and either transnational institutions succeed in making SDG culture 2020s united force beyond weapons or other forces white democracies claim to keep 21st C peoples controlled

related draft paper -non linear education -  submitted to unesco global university summit barcelon may 2022

In chartering any market -in this case university -our grounded research begins with who would uniquely miss what if universities did not exist? One constituency of this mapping exercise - Societies (or we the parents of this world) might for example decide that universities which fail to help youth be the sustainability generation are not just unnecessary but pivotal to the  root causes of2020s most urgent crises our human race faces. We may also assume it is true that the overall majority of ybder 30s college students also fail universities on the trust test if they are not designed now round sustainability collaboration. Then there are practical engineering networks starting wiuth astronauts

What Universities run as business do is theoretically, if not purposefully. up to them . Though if they ignore the clear and current responsibility for their students as their generation sustainability agents, their certificate qualifications should be marked differently from those the public assumes are trained to improve the nation's lot as is implicit in the monopolies most professions are afforded by government. Regarding most universities whose origin is public financing failure to share sustainability networking curricula is becoming  criminal negligence on the part of university administration. After all we have the human brains and the tech to prevent extinction ; so failure to renew generations can only be construed as a total failure of the education system and/or its priority with the way the nation's development is designed.

Another constituency of interest to me is place brand experts - a genre i helped start in 1988 supplying the storyline to The Economist Xmas Survey The Year of the Brand and some related uk trade press articles out of which my book world class brands was commissioned.

Whilst senior visoting fellow at bradford management school i launched the original web marketing expert learning and using the email wcbn007@easynet.co.uk hosted the world's first network of media experts who 51% agred with naomi Klein No Logo- our point was you are not going to quickly get rid of global brands as a huge leadership power - the challenge as with all powers is to multiply goodwill not the evil (or the corrucption that non transparency power spins through vested interests targeting capiatl cities democracies)

We should be grateful that Abed spent the last 19 years of his life cheering on every sustainability collab across graduates of universities especially Asian women graduate - as leading edge of #metoo anywhere that higher education  and mother nature matters..

As yet there seems to be only one university vice chancellor in USA who emulated Abed practising this cheerleading role - president crow Arizona State. (There may be other's like parts of Tufts, and Bard's Botstein, that want this organisational transformation but there is arguably no western institution less designed for youth sustainability revolution than the over examined siloised publishing (debt trapping) machine that 21st US University has spun.    We hope that post covid/putin etc there will have been a change of heart at the top of more universities-please tell us if /where you seen this purpose rising

In 1984, When we co-authored 2025report.com we listed a lot of challenges and timelines humans needed to unite solutions round - eg going green, ending ever increasing national spends on arms, mapping how to prevent plagues from spreading, advance info to minimise consequences of natural disasters,  resolving discrepancies in incomes and expectations of rich and poor nations- surely all the new technology could be applied so that wherever the next child was bo9rn she had a fait chance at life. We didnt list 17 sustainability development goals but we certainly covered all their concerns

WE clarified for example how to blend education so that students could have open access to the greatest innovators of knowhow urgently required to prevent extinction. On fact we stated that transforming education systems towards this end would be a necessary condition of human sustainability. If you look around Abed's 50 years of empowering billion women to end poverty, he surely qualifies as one of the peopel's whose knowhow should be shared. Why wouldn't everyone with responsibility for decision-making that has worldwide consequences have awareness of abed's solutions. Abed was an extraordinarily modest servant leader but throughout his last decade one of his favorite discussions was how would universitioes help their alumni (at the least asian female graduates studying any sustainability relevant subject) to share end poverty knowhow whether it was that he had helped billions of women to apply or indeed other sdg solutions which he himslef had a huge appetite for. Those in the world with any responsibility for education should be asked why has so little progress been made in new university that maximis how their alumni share sustainability solutions

You can ask pretty well anyone who cares about planet earth -eg astronaut ron garan and you will find that they are urgently calling for collaboration which as yet the world's niggest governmenets and corporations are patently failing to deliver

Whether its in this youtube context or linkedin or lunchclub, tiktok, twitter - do you know are there any ai tools that could help me or  do i have to go through everything manually

I imagine there are better ways of phrasing this sort of question - welcome guidance or addition of relevant people if you see ways of clarifying this. Help much appreciated as world of human intel makes its next leap to or from humanity
